The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for a full-time opportunity located in Agate Beach, Lincoln County. The salary for this position is $34,633 per year.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support and lead day-to-day retail execution efforts within designated locations.
Key responsibilities for the Retail Merchandiser Team Lead include:
- Providing reliable in-store merchandising support and maintaining brand standards across retail displays.
- Guiding and supporting team members to ensure planograms and promotional setups are executed accurately and on time.
- Communicating effectively with store management, team members, and company leadership regarding project updates and in-store conditions.
- Organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and building engaging product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Completing required reporting and administrative tasks related to daily store visits and team performance in a timely manner.
