As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and achieving key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Your ability to foster a positive, high-energy store environment will be essential to your success.
Key responsibilities and daily expectations for this position include:
- Driving store sales to achieve and exceed established targets and performance metrics.
- Delivering and role-modeling personalised, memorable customer experiences on the sales floor.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members through ongoing feedback and training to enhance individual and store-wide performance.
- Managing day-to-day store operations efficiently, including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining visual standards.
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility and reliable availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays, to meet the needs of a busy retail environment.
