JB Hi-Fi is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our team in Coomera, Gold Coast North. As a Retail Team Member, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations across our wide range of technology and home entertainment offerings
- Operating the point of sale (POS) system, handling transactions accurately, and processing customer inquiries or returns
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves on the sales floor
- Working collaboratively with team members and store management to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service
