REA Group is currently seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract, located in Richmond within the Yarra area. In this role, you will play a key part in helping operationalize risk and compliance frameworks across the business. While specific day-to-day duties align with standard governance, risk, and compliance practices for a growing organization, typical responsibilities for this position generally include:
- Operationalizing and embedding risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and business teams to identify, assess, and manage operational risks
- Providing guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations
- Supporting senior leadership and governance processes through reporting and risk insights
- Promoting a strong risk-aware culture across various business units
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in risk management, compliance, or corporate governance, along with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment will be highly regarded.
