As the RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical-Surgical unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for the coordination of all functions within the unit during your designated shift, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain clinical excellence and support smooth daily operations.
