Medical City Dallas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room night shift in Bedford, Tarrant County. We offer a competitive salary of $95,490 per year, and you may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
As an Emergency Room RN on the night shift, your voice and expertise will be valued and empowered at every turn. - Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborating closely with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educating patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with hospital standards.
