As an ICU RN at Mercy, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. You will maintain professional accountability for the provision of care assigned to you, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of clinical excellence. Additionally, you will evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers on the healthcare team and coordinate patient care seamlessly in conjunction with various hospital departments.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
