UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on the Medical Surgical Unit. This is a part-time, onsite position offering 48 hours per pay period on the day shift, located in the Lakewood and Denver area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from various medical conditions or surgical procedures. Daily responsibilities typically include assessing patient health statuses, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and educating patients and their families regarding post-discharge care and recovery.
The hourly pay range for this position is $35.29 to $54.71, with the final pay rate determined based on the applicant’s relevant professional experience.
To be considered for this acute care medical-surgical position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered or Professional Nursing program.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure.
- Ability to work onsite at the designated facility for all scheduled shifts.
