As an RN Supervisor within our Solid Organ Transplant progressive care unit, your core responsibilities will involve guiding nursing staff, coordinating patient care workflows, and ensuring clinical excellence across shifts. You will serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team, helping to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compassionate care for individuals undergoing transplant procedures.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Supervising daily clinical operations and nursing staff within the transplant services unit.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care plans.
- Providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing personnel.
