We are currently seeking a dedicated automotive professional for a full-time position based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. In this vital role, you will be the face of our roadside assistance, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to motorists in need.
As a Roadside Technician, your primary responsibilities will involve attending to vehicle breakdowns at the roadside, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and carrying out efficient repairs to get our members safely back on their journey. You will manage your workload effectively, maintain high standards of customer service during stressful situations, and ensure all tools and equipment are kept in optimal working order.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and possess at least 2 years of hands-on automotive experience. You will also need a valid UK driving licence and a strong customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
