In this dynamic field-based role, your primary mission will be to attend to motorists at the roadside, diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults efficiently to get our members back on the move. You will operate on a demand-led shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week, with the added flexibility of optional overtime.
Key responsibilities and features of the role include:
- Attending stranded vehicles safely in various roadside environments
- Utilizing your technical expertise to perform accurate fault diagnostics and mechanical repairs
- Delivering exceptional customer service to members during stressful vehicle breakdown situations
- Starting and finishing your working day directly from your own driveway for added convenience
- Participating in demand-led shift patterns averaging 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime
To be considered for this Roadside Technician position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or a recognised equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive experience
- A valid UK driving licence suitable for the requirements of the role
