We are currently seeking a dedicated automotive professional for our team covering the Broadbottom and Hyde areas, operating out of Stockport. This is a full-time position offering an exceptional earning potential with a realistic OTE of £60,000 per year, backed by market-competitive pay structures, performance bonuses, and enhanced overtime opportunities.
As an RAC Roadside Technician, your primary mission will be to attend to motorists at the roadside, diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicle breakdowns efficiently and safely. You will provide outstanding customer service during what can often be a stressful time for drivers, getting them back on the road whenever possible or arranging onward travel solutions when necessary.
To be successful in this dynamic role, candidates must possess a relevant technical background in light vehicle maintenance and repair, alongside practical hands-on experience in a workshop or mobile vehicle technician capacity. A strong customer-first attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions and environments are essential for this role.
