Sutro Group Ltd is currently seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians across Levels 1, 2, and 3 for full-time opportunities based in Sancrox, Port Macquarie. In this role, you will be an integral part of our specialized operations team, performing technical tasks at height across various project sites. Depending on your certification level, responsibilities will typically involve executing rope access techniques safely, supporting inspection and maintenance operations, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-standard results for our clients.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Valid IRATA (or recognized equivalent) Rope Access certification at Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry best practices
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work comfortably at heights and in confined spaces
- A motivated, dedicated work ethic with a desire to grow within a dynamic and innovative company
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplined team
