Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is currently seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join the team as a Sales Administration Officer on a part-time basis. Based in the Rockingham area, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world leader in engineered conveyor solutions for the mining and industrial sectors.
As part of the Fenner Conveyors team, you will play a crucial supporting role in our daily operations. We are the only company in Australia capable of designing, manufacturing, installing, and servicing complete conveyor systems from head to tail, and our administrative and sales support functions are vital to maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
In this part-time Sales Administration Officer position, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction. While specific duties align with standard administrative and sales support functions in an industrial environment, common tasks generally include:
- Processing customer orders, inquiries, and related documentation with high attention to detail
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support ongoing projects
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems in line with company procedures
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, quotations, and other sales-related materials
- Providing general administrative support to the Rockingham branch as required
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
