EE is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and talkative individual to join the team as a Sales Agent based in the Annitsford and Cramlington area, operating out of the Tyneside location on Silver Fox Way, Newcastle upon Tyne (NE27 0QJ). This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a starting salary of £26,177 per year, complemented by attractive incentives and bonuses.
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for EE, connecting with customers and guiding them toward the best products and services to suit their needs. Whether you have previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, your ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service will make you a great fit for our sales team.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Engaging warmly and professionally with customers visiting or contacting the business
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate telecommunications solutions and products
- Working toward individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with EE products and services
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience
