In this role, you will be a vital presence on the sales floor, keeping customers smiling and helping them find exactly what they need. The salary range for this role is $16.50 to $17.75 per hour, and this position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
As a Sales Associate at Aaron’s, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find the right merchandise
- Handling important clerical duties, such as managing customer files and contracts
- Maintaining a positive, welcoming sales floor environment
- Assisting with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise safely
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Possess solid communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Be able to perform a physical job, which includes lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly
