This position is suitable for candidates at a junior to mid-level seniority who possess a passion for retail sales, exceptional customer service, and high-end furniture design. As a Sales Consultant, you will play an essential role in delivering a premium shopping experience to every customer who walks into our showroom.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers to the showroom in a professional and engaging manner
- Listening to customer needs and providing expert advice on furniture selections, styling, and product features
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom goals
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Processing sales transactions accurately using company point-of-sale systems
- Providing outstanding after-sales support and following up with customer enquiries
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with people. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment is highly regarded but a willingness to learn and a passion for interior design are just as important.
