CoStar Realty Information, Inc. is seeking a results-driven professional to join the team as a Sales Executive, Residential in the Perth Perth Region. In this newly created Account Manager position, you will operate under the guidance of an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of a dedicated portfolio of residential Real Estate agency clients across the Perth CBD and northern metro region.
In this dynamic role, you will focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, encouraging new product adoption, and fostering long-term brand loyalty. Success in this position relies heavily on consultative solution selling, delivered through a combination of in-person meetings and virtual interactions with clients.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive, Residential include:
- Managing and nurturing an assigned portfolio of residential real estate agency clients in the Perth CBD and northern metropolitan area.
- Executing consultative sales strategies both virtually and in-person to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Driving revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic relationship-building.
- Promoting the adoption of new products and services to maximize client value and satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with your Sales Manager and broader team to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of service.
- Fostering deep brand loyalty and trust within the local real estate community.
