At 4WD Supacentre, sales is the engine that drives everything. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will step into a senior sales leadership role with high accountability, focusing on driving growth and achieving targets across all core categories outside of 12V and Refrigeration. This is a hands-on position where your ability to maintain momentum and inspire team performance will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Leading and motivating the retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets
