We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager BESS to join our team in Italy.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial growth of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business line within the Italian market. You will work closely with our dynamic teams to promote our innovative, modular, and stationary energy storage technologies, helping our clients navigate the transition to sustainable energy.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets for BESS products in Italy.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, commercial partnerships, and key accounts in the energy sector.
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and technical-commercial proposals to final negotiation and closing.
- Collaborating with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are fully met.
- Representing Pramac at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the energy storage industry.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in technical sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the renewable energy, electrical, or power generation sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to solving complex client requirements. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
