The Good Guys are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team in the Middle Swan and Midland area. Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assessing their needs to recommend suitable home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Providing knowledgeable, up-to-date advice on product features, warranties, and pricing.
- Achieving and striving to exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining a clean, well-merchandised, and inviting department floor.
- Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling customer inquiries or follow-ups professionally.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. A willingness to learn about a wide range of retail products and electronics is essential. Prior retail or sales experience is beneficial but most importantly, you should enjoy interacting with people and working as part of a dynamic team.
