Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join the team at Park School in Southcombe, Chipping Norton. This is a permanent, term-time position offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience, not pro rata). The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, starting in September 2026. Please note that this opportunity is for UK applicants only, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality science lessons tailored to the needs of the students
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support the holistic development and educational goals of each student
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
