What you will do:
- Learn to repair vehicle glass through comprehensive classroom instruction and hands-on training, focusing on the established Safelite Way.
- Safely utilize tools, technology, and materials to assess and fix vehicle glass damage according to company standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure clients feel informed and cared for throughout the repair process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and industry safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals and uphold the reputation of the Safelite brand.
