Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated Secondary Science Teacher to join the team at Oakham Shires School, located in Rutland (LE15 6JB). This is a permanent, term-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The salary is £39,000 per annum (not pro rata). - Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development and well-being of every student.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and relevant subject expertise in science.
- A commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK (UK applicants only; no sponsorship available).
