Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington is currently seeking a dedicated Security Capability, Quality and Training Manager to join our dynamic Campus Operations team on a full-time basis, located at our Kelburn campus in Wellington.
In this relationship-focused and highly organised role, you will play a vital part in supporting high-quality security services across the university. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Translating operational requirements into clear, effective standards, training programmes, and practical guidance for security personnel.
- Monitoring, assessing, and maintaining the overall quality and capability of security services provided across university operations.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, team members, and external service partners.
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement within security processes and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Supporting the wider Campus Operations team with day-to-day coordination and capability-building initiatives.
