Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join the team at Higford School, located in Shifnal, Shropshire (TF11 9ET). This is a permanent, term-time-only position offering a fantastic opportunity for an education professional who is truly committed to improving the lives of pupils with special educational needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the unique learning requirements of your students. Working closely with support staff, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams, you will help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where every pupil can achieve their full potential and develop vital life skills.
Key details of the position include:
- Job Title: SEN Teacher
- Location: Higford School, Shifnal, Shropshire TF11 9ET
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Salary: Up to £44,310.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
- Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
- Start Date: September 2026
