Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join the team at Robins Way School, located in the Figheldean and Salisbury area (SP4 8JT). This is a permanent, term-time only position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, starting in September 2026. The offered salary is up to £45,000 per annum, determined by experience and not paid on a pro-rata basis. Please note that this opportunity is open to UK applicants only, and visa sponsorship is not available.
As an SEN Teacher at Outcomes First Group, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, engaging, and balanced learning environment for your students. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering individualised lessons tailored to the unique learning needs of each student
- Inspiring academic, social, and emotional progress across all areas of learning
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student confidence and well-being
- Collaborating closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to monitor development and achieve educational goals
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and participating in team meetings
