Outcomes First Group is seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and passionate SEN Teacher to join the team at Groveside School, located in Caversham, Reading (RG2 7AY). This is a permanent, term-time-only opportunity based on 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. As an SEN Teacher at Groveside School, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and tailored educational experiences for students with special educational needs. You will work within a supportive environment dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve planning and delivering inclusive lessons, adapting the curriculum to suit individual learning styles, monitoring student progress, and collaborating closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as no sponsorship is available for this role. The salary for this position is up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata), and the package includes an additional £1,000 Welcome Bonus.
