As a Senior Active Directory Architect, your primary focus will be on Active Directory architecture within a multi-domain hybrid landscape. You will help define and implement the strategic direction for Active Directory and its crucial integration with Microsoft Entra ID. Your work will directly contribute to establishing a secure, scalable, and maintainable identity model that supports our organizational goals and technological advancements.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Designing, planning, and implementing Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions across complex multi-domain environments.
- Leading modernization and standardization initiatives to streamline directory services and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Managing the integration and synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ensuring robust security standards, access controls, and compliance measures are maintained across all directory services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT and security teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and plan for future capacity needs.
- Developing documentation, architectural blueprints, and best practices for identity and access management.
