We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Senior Advisor, Vector Control, Planning and Integration to join our team based in Thorndon, Wellington. In this pivotal advisory role, you will be instrumental in supporting our vector control initiatives, strategic planning, and operational integration efforts. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure our disease management programmes are effectively planned, integrated, and executed to protect New Zealand’s primary industries.
Key responsibilities in this position typically include:
- Providing expert advice and strategic guidance on vector control planning and operational integration.
- Collaborating with internal teams, industry partners, and stakeholders to align disease management objectives.
- Developing, reviewing, and refining plans and frameworks to support efficient programme delivery.
- Analysing information and reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities within vector control activities.
- Contributing to a purpose-led work culture that supports our people, farmers, and partners.
