Achieve Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Architectural Supervisor specializing in fit-out works to join a dynamic building project team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution on site, with a compensation package offering up to $9,000.
As a Senior Architectural Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a hands-on approach to on-site construction activities. You will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Supervise architectural and fit-out works to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality standards closely, taking prompt corrective actions where necessary to resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate inspections for architectural works and ensure all quality control procedures are thoroughly completed according to project requirements.
- Review construction schedules, work sequences, and method statements to support efficient project execution.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and project team members, to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Enforce strict workplace safety and health regulations on site to maintain a secure environment for all personnel.
