We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis in Melbourne. In this key role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to help shape and deliver cutting-edge technology and data solutions within the wealth management sector.

Key responsibilities for this role typically include:

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
Bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating complex requirements into clear functional specifications.
Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions to ensure alignment across teams.
Assisting with testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our platforms and data solutions.
Guiding and mentoring other team members, sharing best practices in business analysis and process optimization.
