Kier Group is currently seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. We are looking for dedicated professionals with expertise as civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineers to become part of one of the UK’s leaders in temporary work.
This position offers a competitive salary of £77,522 per year. We are currently recruiting for this role across various locations in the UK, including Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, and Plymouth.
To support a healthy work-life balance, we offer agile working arrangements with the option to work up to 1 to 2 days per week from home if desired. Additionally, we provide flexibility on working hours for candidates who may require it.
Key responsibilities and expectations for this role include:
- Providing technical engineering expertise across civil, structural, and/or geotechnical disciplines.
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across various UK locations to deliver high standards of work.
- Contributing specialist knowledge to temporary works and related engineering projects.
- Ensuring all engineering tasks align with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
- Participating in planning, problem-solving, and day-to-day execution of engineering duties.
