Schulmeister Management Consulting is currently seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Senior ERP-Experte (m/w/d) – proAlpha to join a globally leading manufacturing company based in Vienna, Austria.
Our client is an established enterprise with a history spanning over 70 years, operating multiple production sites across Europe and overseas. Known for state-of-the-art production technology, continuous innovation, and long-standing business relationships spanning decades, the company offers products that are likely already a part of your everyday life. Currently, the IT department is undergoing an exciting transformation phase, shifting away from rigid ties to individual plants or divisions toward a more integrated, forward-looking structure.
As a Senior ERP Expert specializing in proAlpha, you will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting this technological evolution. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing processes and ensuring the stability and efficiency of enterprise resource planning systems across the organization.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Designing, customizing, and further developing the proAlpha ERP system in alignment with business requirements
- Acting as a central point of contact and advisor for internal stakeholders regarding ERP processes and functionalities
- Collaborating closely with the IT team and various business divisions to drive ongoing digital transformation projects
- Analyzing existing workflows, identifying optimization potential, and implementing targeted improvements
- Troubleshooting technical issues, managing system updates, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
What we expect from you:
- Proven professional experience in working with and customizing the proAlpha ERP system
- A strong understanding of business processes, particularly within a manufacturing or production environment
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a structured, independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills in German and English to collaborate effectively across international locations and teams
