About this job
Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit (EME OU) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Orchestration to join our team in Pakistan and help drive this transformation.

You will act as the PMO for prioritization, ABP, calendars, innovation, and the flywheel factory, while deploying the marketing capabilities agenda as a Center of Excellence (COE) for Data and AI literacy. Additionally, you will lead market orchestration and backlog management—covering workflow, marketing operations, and planning—and deploy tech-augmented ways of working.
Success in this position means helping build a wired organization focused on the work that matters most, where tools are adopted rather than resisted, capability gaps visibly close across markets, and marketing operates faster and with greater precision.

- Significant marketing and leadership experience of 7 years or more, with a strong focus in tech and data.
- Good knowledge of relevant marketing disciplines, including innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category and brand positioning, and growth strategy.
- Proven track record of leading scaled, complex, cross-functional, and cross-geographical teams and projects.
- Experience leading projects and capabilities that leverage digital, data, and AI as strategic edges.
- A growth mindset: someone who is curious, dreams big, does what is hard, and maintains an enterprise mindset coupled with a passionate, uncompromisable commitment to excellence and servant leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to build and leverage relationships with key internal and external business partners, and comfort working closely with senior leaders.
- The ability to work effectively in networked teams with full collaboration, especially within highly volatile and ambiguous contexts, and to inspire others through the power of our marketing and brands.
