The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is currently seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Senior Manager, Operating Model Sustainment within our Safe and Connected Improvement Team. This part-time opportunity is based in the Adelaide CBD, with operations across various CALHN sites, offering you the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
As part of the Safe and Connected Improvement Team, you will lead efforts focused on operating model sustainment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic health network goals. Key responsibilities typically associated with this senior management role include:
- Leading and managing improvement initiatives aligned with the Safe and Connected program.
- Overseeing the sustainment of operating models across various CALHN sites to ensure long-term effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, clinical leaders, and stakeholders to drive strategic change.
- Monitoring project milestones, managing resources, and reporting on key performance outcomes.
- Fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the network.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in project or change management within a complex environment (preferably healthcare), and a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders. A commitment to patient-centred care and operational excellence is essential.
This role offers competitive remuneration aligned with the SM1 classification ($144,421 per annum, pro-rata for part-time, plus superannuation), alongside the added benefit of salary packaging options.
