Kier Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join our established Kier Mechanical & Electrical team. This full-time, permanent position is based at our Blythe Valley Park location in Shirley, Solihull, serving the West Midlands region. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality mechanical engineering services across our projects. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will naturally involve overseeing technical aspects of project delivery, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining our commitment to safety and engineering excellence.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience working within a mechanical engineering or project engineering environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and project lifecycles.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering projects on time and to standard.
