As a Senior Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and educational strategies across multiple nursery rooms.
- Mentoring, inspiring, and leading a team of early years practitioners to maintain exceptional standards.
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and management to support child development and wellbeing.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant childcare regulations and internal policies.
