Senior Product Designer, Customer Experience – Integrity

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Customer Experience – Integrity to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will help our platform achieve a high degree of integrity by tackling complex problem spaces, protecting millions of customers from financial harm, and fostering trust with every transaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners at the intersection of user experience, AI, and behavioral science. This hybrid position requires working 1-2 days a week onsite from one of our designated Design hubs, with the remainder of the week spent working from home.

As a key member of the Customer Experience and Integrity Design team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the user experience of products end-to-end, contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting comprehensive visions.
• Collaborating cross-functional with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship impactful designs.
• Delivering and refining clear storytelling around product needs, user opportunities, and design solutions.
• Creating and refining flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with a strong attention to detail.
• Designing and shipping continuous, high-quality product improvements that turn critical customer pain points into delightful experiences.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a senior-level individual contributor with 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Enthusiasm for complex problem spaces, bringing clarity to teams through mastery of the design process.
• A strong passion for leading product strategy and vision across new product areas.
• The ability to skillfully balance strategy, user research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions.
• A deep appreciation for high-quality, well-crafted visual design and a meticulous eye for detail.
