We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer – Digital CX to join our team based in Isleworth, West London. In this role, you will be offered a salary of £50,300 per year.
As a Senior Product Designer in our digital customer experience team, you’ll deliver high-quality designs, drive improvements to digital journeys, and be accountable for outcomes that reflect our brand and meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Delivering high-quality design solutions across our digital platforms
- Driving continuous improvements to digital customer journeys and user experiences
- Being accountable for design outcomes that authentically reflect the Sky brand
- Ensuring all design work successfully meets core customer needs and business objectives
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and developers
- Advocating for human-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
