As a Senior Product Designer I, you will help define what great product design looks like inside one of the world’s most iconic brands. You will work in small, empowered cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and Data to create practical, beautifully crafted experiences that connect the digital and physical worlds.
What You Will Work On:
- Consumer-facing digital experiences across Coca-Cola’s extensive brand portfolio.
- Sales and service workflows utilized by teams serving retail and foodservice partners.
- Operational tools and platforms connecting the business from end to end.
- Emerging AI-enabled experiences that integrate intelligent systems into daily product use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design for dedicated product areas or user journeys, guiding work from discovery through delivery and iterative improvement.
- Translate user needs and complex business contexts into clear UX visions using interaction models, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to user research, testing sessions, synthesis, and journey mapping to validate assumptions and inform design choices.
- Design end-to-end experiences that account for the full journey across multiple touchpoints while helping build shared design systems and accessibility standards.
- Partner closely with engineering to support quality implementation, communicate design intent clearly, and engage in constructive peer critique.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products that solve real problems, alongside strong artifacts and case studies in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for web and mobile.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
- Solid grounding in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and complex enterprise or ecosystem workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup based out of our Atlanta, GA global headquarters, requiring presence in the office three days per week.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as employment sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Compensation and Additional Details:
- The base pay range for this United States-based role is $152,000 to $178,300, with actual compensation varying based on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Includes a competitive Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage of 15 and access to a full range of medical, financial, and other company benefits.
- Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates open to moving to the Atlanta area.
