Amazon TA is seeking a full-time Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, RME, based in Wykin, Hinckley. The annual salary for this position is fixed at £44,101.
In this role, you will be a key part of shift operations, leading a team to ensure that everyone has the necessary equipment and that it is operating correctly. Your daily responsibilities will involve closely monitoring processes to guarantee full compliance with established regulations and safety policies. You will be responsible for ensuring that preventative maintenance is consistently carried out to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Beyond daily upkeep, you will observe system performance and suggest practical improvements to make our operations even more efficient and productive. Once identified, you will have the opportunity to implement these improvements across a broader EU-wide function, contributing to large-scale operational excellence.
