Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to join our team in West Tilbury, Tilbury. As a Senior RME Technician, you will help our operations stay one step ahead by adopting the latest industry technologies and identifying new, efficient ways of working. You will work closely with our existing systems, paying meticulous attention to detail to maintain optimal performance and implementing upgrades designed to elevate our standards even further. This position offers a competitive salary of £49,178 per year.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced automated equipment and material handling systems.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to install, test, and commission new technologies and system upgrades.
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards across the facility at all times.
- Analysing system performance data to recommend and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
