The Intel & Cyber Sector of L3Harris Technologies Space and Mission Systems segment is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance to join our Strategic Missions Division in Palm Bay, FL. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments and support mainly large cost-plus programs as part of a collaborative team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting complex programs involving cost-plus and fixed-price work, completing sales, profit, and cash forecasting and analysis, and handling Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and financial reporting. You will work with multiple contract types, provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities, and apply your knowledge of L3Harris policies and procedures. Please note that onsite support in Palm Bay, FL is required for this position.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior finance experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of prior finance experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required. Additionally, an active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory for this role.
Ideal candidates will bring experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, and internal or customer reporting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill sets are essential for interfacing and presenting to internal and external customers and building business partnerships with key program leaders. You should be a self-motivated self-starter capable of proactively solving complex problems with limited supervision, operating effectively in a dynamic environment, and prioritizing multiple tasks using proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with tools such as PeopleSoft, Cobra, and Hyperion.
