Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Staff Nurse to join the Ward team on a full-time basis, based at The Cherwell Hospital near Chadlington and Chipping Norton. We are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to help deliver a high standard of clinical care while maintaining patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
As a Senior Staff Nurse within our wards, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing exceptional patient-centered care, supporting clinical workflows, and collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will play a key role in ensuring that all hospital policies and procedures are followed, acting as a clinical resource and positive role model for junior staff and colleagues alike.
To be successful in this position, you must be a registered nurse with prior experience working within a ward or similar clinical environment. Essential requirements for this role include strong IT literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive willingness to take on additional responsibilities and develop extended clinical skills to support our growing services.
