Ramsay Health Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the dedicated ward team on a full-time basis at The Cherwell Hospital, located near Middleton Stoney, Bicester. This role offers an annual salary of £46,808 and provides an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to make a meaningful impact in a supportive clinical environment.
As a Senior Staff Nurse within our wards, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high standard of patient-centered clinical care. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for patients while ensuring that patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote clinical excellence and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the ward.
To be successful in this position, applicants must be experienced Registered Nurses with strong clinical competencies. Essential requirements for the role include:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience working within a ward or acute clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
- Strong IT literacy to navigate clinical systems and maintain accurate documentation
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and develop extended clinical skills
