Ramsay Health Care is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join the team as a Senior Staff Nurse on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week at Rivers Hospital, located in Great Hallingbury, Bishop’s Stortford. This permanent opportunity offers a salary of £44,398 per year.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Ward nursing team, delivering a high standard of clinical care to patients while consistently ensuring their safety, dignity, and confidentiality. We are looking for a dedicated team player who is eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment and demonstrates a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the service evolves.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Staff Nurse include:
- Delivering exceptional, patient-centred clinical care within the ward setting
- Maintaining patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
- Utilising IT systems efficiently in day-to-day nursing administration and patient record-keeping
- Applying strong communication skills to support patients, families, and colleagues
To be successful in this position, candidates must be registered nurses with relevant experience in a similar ward or hospital environment. Essential requirements for the role include strong IT proficiency and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A flexible and proactive approach, alongside a readiness to take on additional responsibilities within the team, is highly valued.
