We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team based in Brompton, Gillingham. In this role, you will contribute your expertise to complex engineering projects, working collaboratively within a team environment to design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge systems.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Systems Engineer include:
- Applying systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle of complex defence, aerospace, and security projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to define system requirements, architectures, and interfaces.
- Conducting rigorous verification, validation, and testing activities to ensure all technical standards and specifications are met.
- Managing technical documentation, system models, and design changes in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engaging with stakeholders and customers to ensure technical solutions align with operational needs.
This is a permanent, onsite position based in Brompton, Gillingham. The salary for this role is fixed at £46,465 per year.
