In this role you will be the trusted advisor for every visitor who walks through our doors, ensuring they receive accurate, up‑to‑date tax guidance while also promoting Intuit’s products and services. Your expertise will help customers achieve their grandest financial goals by providing clear, actionable advice and a personalized experience.
- Deliver one‑on‑one tax assistance, answering questions about filing, deductions, credits, and compliance.
- Guide customers through the TurboTax software, ensuring accurate data entry and optimal use of available features.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell Intuit products that align with each customer’s needs.
- Maintain current knowledge of federal and state tax law changes and how they impact individual filers.
