We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes, and we are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Value Engineer – FSI based in Madrid.
In this strategic role, you will work closely with financial services industry (FSI) clients to help them uncover inefficiencies, understand the financial and operational value of our Process Mining technology, and build compelling business cases. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes, guiding organizations toward data-driven transformations.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Partnering with the sales and account teams to engage key stakeholders and executive leadership within FSI organizations.
- Conducting value assessments, discovery sessions, and ROI analyses to demonstrate the tangible impact of the Celonis platform.
- Developing and delivering persuasive executive presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to the financial services sector.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to share insights and drive customer value realization.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapes within the FSI domain to better serve our clients.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Proven experience in value engineering, management consulting, pre-sales, or value-based selling, ideally within the SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services space.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to construct complex ROI models and business cases.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of interacting effectively with C-level executives.
- A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for data-driven problem solving.
- Professional proficiency in English, with additional language skills relevant to the Madrid and broader European market considered a strong asset.
